1. 多久可以收到订单？
西马运费：RM6
预计送达时间：发货后 2–4个工作日
东马运费：RM12
预计送达时间：发货后 3–7个工作日
免运优惠：
- 西马订单满 RM120 免运
- 东马订单满 RM150 折扣RM5
以上配送时间仅供参考，实际送达时间可能因快递运输、天气状况或公共假期而有所延迟。
2. 预购
· 预购的订单会在2-3星期内发货，任何延误会在IG上通知。
· 现货和预购的订单会等预购的产品一起统一发货。
3. 如何查询包裹物流？
订单发货后，我们会提供物流追踪号码。
您可通过对应快递公司的官方物流系统查询包裹状态。
4. 可以自取吗？
可以，目前仅限芙蓉Seremban提供自取服务。

5. 有提供当天送达吗？
有，我们提供 Grab / Lalamove 当日配送服务。

1. How long will it take to receive my order?
West Malaysia
Shipping Fee: RM6
Estimated Delivery Time: 2–4 business days after dispatch
East Malaysia
Shipping Fee: RM12
Estimated Delivery Time: 3–7 business days after dispatch
Free Shipping & Shipping Promotions
West Malaysia: Free shipping for orders of RM120 and above
East Malaysia: RM5 shipping discount for orders of RM150 and above
2. Pre-Order
· Pre-orders ship within 2–3 weeks. Any delays will be announced on Instagram.
· Mixed orders will be shipped together once pre-order items are ready.
3. How can I track my order?
Once your order has been shipped, we will provide you with a Tracking Number via email. You may use the official tracking system of the respective courier service to check your parcel status.
4. Do you offer self-collection?
Yes. Self-collection is currently available in Seremban only.
